Please take a look at my new blog Accessorize Me for inspiration, stories, bags and accessories ❤ Hope to see you there!
For various reasons I’m not a very active blogger at the moment..
Besides being knocked out by the flu for the last couple of weeks, May and June are the most intensive months with football (I’m the coach’s «right hand» on my 10 year old’s football team ;-), we are also moving in 3 or 4 weeks and the house is a mess. Well, actually both houses are a mess at the moment, but hopefully that will change soon..
Anyhow – I’ve had the time to have a back and forth with Louis Vuitton..
I got the Charm It bracelet from my fiancé for Valentines day last year and as beautiful as it is – it’s been a disappointment.. First the charms kept falling off and at the end I just gave up and wore it without them. Then the lock fell of the leather band 3 times and I went to the store and wanted the money back. But they insisted on sending it to Paris for a repair(!) and I waited for about 5 weeks until I finally got it back. They also forgot to send it back to me when it came back to the store in Oslo so I had to ask for it twice.
I could almost not believe my eyes! They had sent it back and forgot to put in the srew on the lock without charms…. That was the reason it was sent to Paris!
I could easily pull the golden part off the leather band and now I was quite upset…
I then wrote an email back to LV in Oslo telling them exactly what I meant about the whole experience with this bracelet and not long after they called me…
Today I returned the bracelet in the same envelope it came back in – AND I got the money back – or to put it this way – they let me put the money in the bag I wanted for my birthday :-D
That turned out to be the perfect solution!
Next week I’ll show you the bag when it arrives ;-)
This small and beautiful LV bag is perfect when your out and don’t need to carry to much with you – but when that said it holds surprisingly much. It didn’t suit my non glamorous life though and I sold it… Now for my birthday I’ve laid my eyes on another Louis Vuitton bag that can be both glamorous (if I need that once in a while) and casual for an everyday life.
I’ll show you my birthday wish in the next post ;-)
Just wanted to let you know that due to illness in my family in law – I’ll be away this week and have more or less no internet access.
The last post is one I prepared before we had to go – so I can share that one with you before I take a break.
I’ll be back soon – take care <3
I honestly NEVER thought I would own a Hermés bag – not in a million years…
I just cannot believe that I’ve been so lucky to get this bag and I have to pinch my arm regularly to believe. I think it’s coming to bed with me tonight ;-) On the other hand – that would not be very popular when my daughter might pay us a visit during the night.
Oh well – I’ll put it next to my bed then….
I just put on the black Shellac on Sunday, but realized that I was not in the «black mood»… And when that happens it has to go – right away! This was the result first;
So I started the process…
10 minutes with pure acetone;
Then the Shellac comes off.. I have to rub gently off the Shellac.
Here I have put Base Coat on the ring finger; – this time a did a color test on one finger before I made the decision of colors…
Two layers with Romantique:
One stripe with Rose Bud and flower stickers;
Here are the thumbs and the rest done as well;
The final result;
- and I had a pink day at work today :-D
